近日，商务部等8部门联合发布《关于加快“人工智能+消费”发展的实施意见》，从扩大智能商品消费、赋能服务消费、创新消费场景等方面作出系统部署，为人工智能与实体消费的深度融合按下了“加速键”。
黄山，坐拥世界文化与自然双遗产，徽州文化底蕴深厚，山水资源得天独厚，是发展现代服务业的天然沃土。在“人工智能+消费”的时代浪潮下，我们正迎来科技赋能文旅、创新驱动消费的好机遇。
继第五届黄山“迎客松”杯创意创新创业大赛“AI+新消费OPC”黑客松暨首届“IN客松·AI潮创大会”成功举办之后，徽州人工智能研究院正式推出AI文旅新消费“自在松间”驻地计划（IN the Pines Residency），面向全球招募首批驻地项目与AI创业者，在松间，构建“人工智能+文旅”新消费的实验现场。
一、“自在松间”驻地计划定位
自，是主体性；在，是具身性；松间，是情境性。主体、具身、情境，恰恰是人之于人工智能的独特所在。AI几乎可以生成一切，唯独不能替你，在松间。
“自在松间”驻地计划面向全球招募独立开发者、AI创客、设计师、产品经理、内容创作者及初创企业创始人，邀请入选者驻地黄山1个月，围绕黄山真实场景开展产品开发、内容共创、场景验证、商业模式打磨和落地转化。
我们希望找到一批真正愿意“住进场景、理解地方、做出产品、形成交易”的AI新消费项目，推动一些“可感知、可体验、可落地、可持续、可复制”的新消费项目在黄山落地开花。
二、“自在松间”驻地支持政策
入选“自在松间”驻地计划的项目团队或个人，将获得以下支持：
- 免费提供1个月驻地黄山住宿及工作空间；
- 报销1次往返黄山的闭环全额交通费；
- 驻地期间，研究院将协助对接本地文旅资源、应用场景与产业合作方，为项目验证与落地提供支撑；
- 获得研究院相关导师、产业专家和运营资源支持；
- 获得徽州人工智能研究院“自在松间”驻地计划证明。
三、“自在松间”驻地成果要求
入选者需在1个月驻地周期内，围绕申报方向完成以下成果：
- 一个面向黄山真实场景及文旅人群需求的新消费产品；
- 该新消费产品的可演示Demo或MVP（最小可行产品）；
- 一个可持续运营的OPC项目落地计划和商业化路径。
驻地计划鼓励项目实现“小团队、强场景、快开发、可验证、速迭代、可交易、可复制”的OPC落地模式。
驻地计划期间形成的与驻地项目直接相关的成果，由驻地项目团队/个人与驻地计划发起方徽州人工智能研究院共同所有。
四、“自在松间”驻地申报方向
驻地计划重点围绕AI+文化创意、AI+康养疗愈、AI+科普研学、AI+休闲度假、AI+国际传播、AI+体育赛事、AI+跨境电商、AI+生态治理、AI+绿色食品等方向展开。
面向场景包括但不限于研究院已发布的黄山风景区六大人工智能场景、黄山市二十大文旅场景、黄山市九大数字游民OPC场景等“人工智能+文旅”场景需求、场景机会和开放合作方向。
已有产品原型、Demo、用户验证或商业订单的项目；愿意在黄山持续试点、注册落地、合作运营或开展长期共创的项目；曾参加第五届黄山“迎客松”杯·“AI+新消费OPC”黑客松的项目；愿意在当地注册运营OPC项目的个人/团队将优先获得入选资格。我们期待并支持驻地项目落地为OPC一人公司，实现从创意到运营的实质性转化。

AI can generate almost anything,
but it cannot be you, in the pines.
The Story
High on Huangshan (the Yellow Mountains), a pine tree has stood for over a thousand years. The Chinese call it the Greeting-Guest Pine —Yingkesong. For centuries it has welcomed poets, painters, monks and wanderers. Now it welcomes a new kind of guest: creators who build with artificial intelligence.
Be IN the Pines is the annual residency program initiated by the Huizhou AI Institute in Huangshan, China. We hold a simple conviction: in an age when AI can generate almost anything, three things remain irreducibly human. Subjectivity — it is you who asks the questions and gives them meaning. Embodiment — intelligence does not live in the cloud; it lives in a body interacting with the world. Situatedness — the sea of clouds over Huangshan, the maze of lanes in ancient Huizhou villages, the whisper of wind through the pines: no dataset can substitute for being here: no dataset can substitute for being here.
This is why we ask you to come in person. Not remote work. Not an online hackathon. Bring yourself to the mountain — because only by being in the pines can you create in the pines.
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome residents from around the world: AI developers and indie hackers, founders in travel and new consumer products, designers and artists, storytellers and cross-cultural communicators. Apply as a one-person company (OPC) or a team of two or three.
What You Will Do
The residency lasts one month — any consecutive 30-day period of your choice . Within that month, you will deliver three outcomes: a new consumer product addressing real scenarios and traveler needs in Huangshan; a working demo or MVP of that product; and a sustainable OPC launch plan with a path to commercialization.
We encourage an OPC model that is small-team, scenario-driven, fast-building, verifiable, quick-iterating, tradable and replicable — especially in AI-powered travel experiences, Huizhou cultural heritage, new consumer products, and cross-cultural storytelling.
What We Provide
Selected residents receive: free accommodation and workspace in Huangshan for one month; full reimbursement of one round trip to Huangshan; the Institute's support in connecting you with local tourism resources, application scenarios and industry partners for validation and launch; access to mentors, industry experts, technical advisors and operational resources; and an official residency certificate from the Huizhou AI Research Institute.
Outcomes directly related to your residency project will be jointly owned by your team and the Huizhou AI Institute.
