During the 4th Biennale of Luanda, a Memorandum of Understanding was renewed, strengthening cooperation within the global ResiliArt movement. The initiative coincides with an artistic and scientific project on Mussulo Island, Angola, bringing together African artists, students and coastal communities through art, research and reflection on environmental and social challenges.
